  2. Lincoln® 1100 Ovens or similar type ovens. Quantity needed based on projected volume.

  4. 4' Work Table with Wire Shelf (Cut Station)
  5. Hatco® FS3HAC-3626 Case (Grab 'n' Go Case)
  6. 3' Wire Rack (Dry Goods Storage)
  7. 4' Work Table (Proofing Table)
  8. Crescor Holding Cabinet (Takeout Pizzas)

Additional items needed:

  • Refrigeration – 36 linear feet of storage – Three 4′ Full wire racks
  • Freezer – 36 linear feet of storage – Three 4′ Full wire racks
  • Dish Area – Three compartment sink with spray nozzle/handle
  • Dry Storage – 36 linear feet of storage – Three 4′ Full wire racks

Space

The minimum space required is 160 sq. ft.

Fees

  • $7,500 initial fee. Development incentives available for multiple locations.
  • $1,000 continuing fee (explained in Franchise Disclosure Document)
  • 6.5% continuing fee or $150 a week minimum.

Training

One person to attend a five-day training course held at Godfather’s Pizza National Headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. Cost is $500.

Other

  • Each location required to follow décor and signage requirements.
  • Install Godfather’s Pizza’s online ordering software platform.
  • DateCode Genie System needed for shelf-life dating of ingredients and products.
